The Exchanges

Every argument clarity score on this site is built from rows on this page. Each question and answer was assessed with names hidden, the host's own answers included, on four things from 1 to 5: directness (does it answer the question asked), coherence (do the ideas follow), precision (concrete details and clear references), compression (says a lot per word). The weighted mix (30/30/25/15) is the exchange score. A person's published score averages their exchange scores on raw tape only, at least 8 of them, shrunk toward the cohort mean. Full method →

Jeremy Haynes no published score: no usable exchanges on raw tape, and a fair score needs 8+ · coarse estimate ≈4.0/5 from 6 produced feed exchanges record → ← everyone

Every exchange below was scored with names hidden, four dimensions each from 1 to 5. An exchange's score is 0.30·directness + 0.30·coherence + 0.25·precision + 0.15·compression. The published score averages the raw tape exchange scores and shrinks small samples toward the cohort mean, so five great answers can't beat twenty good ones. Produced feed rows count only toward coarse estimates, never toward a full score.

Q But, like, what's the website we would go to to, like, see the main one of those brands, if my audience wanted to reverse engineer?

A ArmandoLive.com, and then let me tell you his lead flow as well, so on social media, for example, here's, here's the thing, and I'm, I'm explaining the background here, so two hundred million dollars a year, not a dime of it comes in digitally. Not a dime. Not one penny came in from online revenue. All of it came in from them making calls to people, just like a grants office before I came in, selling people on the phone on a thousand dollar ticket, getting them into an event, upselling them on a 12,000 to 40,000 dollar upsell. They have 22,000 customers between oh six and oh nine in 2017 today, and a majority of those customers have an average transaction value, specifically 8000 of the 22,000 customers, Have a transaction value of 20,000 dollars or more.

Q So Jeremy, we're running out of time here. So I want to get close to wrapping up. Are you still working with Grant? And if not, why, why'd you stop?

A Um, no. So after month 13, which is when I quit, I quit. I mean, I did actually propose the day I left to the COO. I said, I'm starting up an agency and I'd love to work with you guys. My first client they actually laughed at me. Grant actually followed that up with going on Cardone Zone and then saying that I'd publicly fail in four months. However, I just saw Grant for the first time since I quit in person. Talked to him on the phone several times, but I saw him for the first time in person, just, uh, under a month ago, sometime in June. And, you know, the first thing I did, I just gave him a big hug. I individually hugged each person when I left. I mean, it was-

Q Sorry, where do they show up? Do they show up on Grant's website, on publishers that you have deals with in the Instagram bio of an influencer?

A .com forward slash, and then whatever, we'd make the URL. Now the way that we'd get traffic to these lead pages, we'd have to do a few things. Email marketing, we would do ads on our own network, because we owned GrantCardoneTV.com, which we could advertise on, GrantCardone.com, we'd put the little side ads instead of Google Display ads, drive traffic to all these different lead offers, and we'd also just run flat out ads to our entire database at one time, of between a 150,043 thousand, depending on the time I was there, to go and take action on these different leads. So let's say, let's just simplify. Let's say they're all hosting click funnels because they all end up going to the same place, which is infusion. If you're, if you're familiar with Infusionsoft, the way that it works is, is a web form is filled out, at which point you immediately initiate marketing automation and you tell Infusionsoft what you want to have happen. So there's this tool called Plus This. So Plus This.com is an Infusionsoft extension created by Infusionsoft developers for everything Infusionsoft doesn't do. So with Plus This, you can connect Facebook to it and you can connect an Infusionsoft account and it generates this thing called an HTTP post. So check this out. As soon as a lead would fill out a form inside of wherever the 10 forms are, they would all go to that whatever campaign. The first st…

Q But what I'm asking, though, is do you do any work to try and target that audience?

A It's like if you have an account called Lifehack, for example, and you get 60,000 views in an hour, and two percent of that 60,000 in an hour once again, and you're getting the post for 24 hours goes right to your page and buy the product, that's significant comparatively. But yes, there are individual niche accounts, for example, you don't have to spend 25 K to go like as wide as that. I do more targeted stuff on lower levels. Brandon and Dan do 25 K minimums. On Armando's stuff, for example, I might test doing an entrepreneur bracket, where there's, I believe, 32 accounts with like forty-five million or so followers across them, if my numbers are right. And those are people like Millionaire Mentor, the Success Accounts, everybody posting success in Jizz, or just things like that in that category.

Q As measured by what? How do you guys measure when you say, like, number one? Measured by what?

A That's what Grant claims himself to be. So I'm just going to be using the temp line for what Grant says. So it's like Google, the whatever search engine they call themselves. Same thing, just referencing a tool. So people who don't know do have relevancy to who he is. However, I came into his business as email marketing manager, hired with the task to train his 25 salespeople on Infusionsoft, which is an email marketing manager and a CRM database solution, because they didn't know how to use it. They had a 150,000 people. I was meant to send emails, create marketing automation, train their people on, on how to use the tool. I ended up becoming a digital marketing specialist, working for it from 13 months. Um, in about month six, we started cracking a million dollars a month in digital revenue, and I was the advertiser. So I don't, I don't claim sole credit for driving grant millions of dollars, But I do claim credit for being the person who was creating the ads, telling Grant what to say on landing page videos when necessary, or ad videos, or going in and once again, training every component of his entire team, not just the sales team, but all components of the team, doing the marketing automation, um, just once again, overall expanding his brand, and who knows him, how they knew him, and more importantly, how they were converting with him. He had a 160 different SKUs, so I'm, …

Q So like, why would he want exposure on a Twitter account called sugar bear hair or whatever it was?

A Yeah, absolutely. It wouldn't be that at all, actually. It'd be on Instagram, which is the most emotionally cared for platform out of all the social medias, which is where Keep in mind, on social media, 53% of the attention goes to that on the internet in a day, which is where you and I will realistically distribute this podcast, right? Social media is powerful, and it's the most powerful medium. Even if it's an account that seems like it has no relevancy to you, it realistically doesn't. It's a numbers game at that point. If you're reaching a hundred million people, you're not getting a hundred million people that are ideal customers. Absolutely not. It's not a hundred million people in the world that are realistic.
