It's actually, you know, that's a better deal for everybody because you get unlimited teams. So if you think about it, when you're paying by team, let's say you want to do yourself and your direct reports, and then you want to run a second team with your cross-functional project folks, or you want to run just another session just to get to know people in the company. If you're paying by team, each one of those would be a separate team you pay for. When you get to per employee, you can do as many teams as you want, mix and match.
