The Exchanges

Every argument clarity score on this site is built from rows on this page. Each question and answer was assessed with names hidden, the host's own answers included, on four things from 1 to 5: directness (does it answer the question asked), coherence (do the ideas follow), precision (concrete details and clear references), compression (says a lot per word). The weighted mix (30/30/25/15) is the exchange score. A person's published score averages their exchange scores on raw tape only, at least 8 of them, shrunk toward the cohort mean. Full method →

Every exchange below was scored with names hidden, four dimensions each from 1 to 5. An exchange's score is 0.30·directness + 0.30·coherence + 0.25·precision + 0.15·compression. The published score averages the raw tape exchange scores and shrinks small samples toward the cohort mean, so five great answers can't beat twenty good ones. Produced feed rows count only toward coarse estimates, never toward a full score.

Q Um, what drove the growth from 14,000 a month to 27,000 a month? Is it the focus on clinics and health?

A Uh, not exactly this, but kind of, because we started, there, there is a, uh, fun thing about this business model is that if our clients grow, We also grow, so we make one sale, and this guy is generating us, let's say, a hundred dollars monthly, and he grows 10 X, he starts generating 10 X more money for us, and some Some clients grew in the last year and it drove our, our revenue up. And, uh, this new, new segment, these clinics, they operate in a much higher volume than a SaaS business, uh, for example, uh, If you have a SaaS business that have, let's say, 2000 customers, it's a big SaaS business. Uh, if you, if you have a clinic that has 2000 customers, it's, it's just validated the, the business, you know, it's starting to grow. So, um, the, the fee that we take is not percentage. You, you asked, you asked me if, how, how much it was. Uh, I'd say about half percent, but we take a fixed fee. Like it does not change. If you transact, uh, 100 or 1000, we take the same fee. So for us, the volume of customers that our client has is really important.
