Q That's great. Okay, good. And, and give me more of the backstory here. So it sounds like you're, you're, you're, uh, you know, very decorated from an academic perspective. What year did you launch the company and why did you decide to jump in full-time as a full-time entrepreneur?
A Yeah. So my co-founder and I started the company and incorporated back in October, 2016. So we're about a year and just over a year and a half, almost two years in. Um, we were previously working together at Gallup on the regional leadership team. So, uh, we had a lot of experience working with your fortune, 500 companies, um, running their employee engagement programs, trying to help the large companies get better at managing their people. And, uh, a big part of our revenue base at that time was, uh, just figuring out like large scale, um, employee surveys. Uh, and it's, it's amazing how, how complex these things can be. Uh, and you think that anyone could just throw in, like, SurveyMonkey or some free tool and run that across 20,000 people. And, um, we, we found in our experience anyway that Uh, that's not really the case. You, you gotta worry about things like reporting relationships, matrix structures, um, different kinds of validation when it comes to the survey questions, uh, different cuts of data that might, might cut across different, uh, segments of the employee population. And to, in order to, to build that at the, at the, at the Fortune-Five-Hundred level, um, essentially it was very heavy.
