The Exchanges

Every argument clarity score on this site is built from rows on this page. Each question and answer was assessed with names hidden, the host's own answers included, on four things from 1 to 5: directness (does it answer the question asked), coherence (do the ideas follow), precision (concrete details and clear references), compression (says a lot per word). The weighted mix (30/30/25/15) is the exchange score. A person's published score averages their exchange scores on raw tape only, at least 8 of them, shrunk toward the cohort mean. Full method →

Every exchange below was scored with names hidden, four dimensions each from 1 to 5. An exchange's score is 0.30·directness + 0.30·coherence + 0.25·precision + 0.15·compression. The published score averages the raw tape exchange scores and shrinks small samples toward the cohort mean, so five great answers can't beat twenty good ones. Produced feed rows count only toward coarse estimates, never toward a full score.

Q And why did you choose to get your original revenue via affiliates instead of selling customers a SaaS platform directly?

A Uh, because when we started our business two years ago, we wanted to, uh, create integration platform in, uh, in Russian and Ukraine, but after that, we, we think that it's a bad, bad, bad market, uh, for us, uh, and we, we think that, okay, we need to, uh, go to a global market in English speaking, uh, market, but, uh, there are strong, very strong competitors like Zephyr, Integromat, and, uh, to compete with them, uh, It is, it's very hard, and we started thinking how we can be different, and so, uh, we say, ok, what will, what will, what will be if we provide integrations for free? Users will, will like us, but how we want, uh, we need to earn money. So, and we say, ok, we saw the GTProut or Capterra website, and we say, ok, what will, what will be if we combine these two business models? So, and we provide it. Something like a free Zapier and Judy Proud mix.

AI assessment note: “to compete with them, it's very hard, and we started thinking how we can be different”
