Domofsky Sold the Agency Rather Than Take a Pay Cut

“The reality was, if I brought on more team, more staff, then I was either going to just obviously lose money myself out of my paycheck, because it'd be going towards other people, and to make up for that lost dollar amount, I would have to grow pretty significantly Because of the way that I had things structured, and it just wasn't worth the time, the energy, and I didn't have the capacity to be able to do that at that point in time. So, like I said, taking the emotion out of it, I kind of looked in the mirror and did what I thought was the best decision for me and my family, and that was to sell.”
