Q And then the buyer that you sold to, what stood out about them? Was there just a good fit? Did you guys get along? Was there specific terms that they offered better than other buyers? Like, what about that one buyer made you want to I'll get acquired by them.
A I think I'll take this one. I think part of it is when you have these buyer conversations, you know, we talk about it after and we're like, okay, you know, do we like this guy? You know, do we want to work with them? Do we feel like he'd be a good person to sort of, you know, hand this off to, and yeah, the, what he wanted to do with the business, I think aligned well with what we wanted as well. And we, we still had a lot of ideas for the business to grow it and take it to the next level as well. And he sort of wanted that as well. So, you know, we stayed on with him for awhile. Um, we're, we're, we're still working on, on, uh, taking a parade by the next level with him. And, and that was sort of a, a nice fit for us. Obviously the terms were, uh, were good as well and worked well.
