The Exchanges

Every argument clarity score on this site is built from rows on this page. Each question and answer was assessed with names hidden, the host's own answers included, on four things from 1 to 5: directness (does it answer the question asked), coherence (do the ideas follow), precision (concrete details and clear references), compression (says a lot per word). The weighted mix (30/30/25/15) is the exchange score. A person's published score averages their exchange scores on raw tape only, at least 8 of them, shrunk toward the cohort mean. Full method →

Landon Bennett no published score: no usable exchanges on raw tape, and a fair score needs 8+ record → ← everyone

Every exchange below was scored with names hidden, four dimensions each from 1 to 5. An exchange's score is 0.30·directness + 0.30·coherence + 0.25·precision + 0.15·compression. The published score averages the raw tape exchange scores and shrinks small samples toward the cohort mean, so five great answers can't beat twenty good ones. Produced feed rows count only toward coarse estimates, never toward a full score.

Q I think at the time I'll put in a plug. Yeah. What, uh, what does ad form do?

A So yeah. Uh, so basically it's a, uh, an ad ops automation tool. So, uh, all of these ad tech companies, agencies, all of these different, um, companies within the ad tech ecosystem, typically they all have ad operations teams. And these are the teams that are, um, think of them as like sales operations for SAS companies, but it's like, because it's ad tech related companies, they're doing all this ad serving and trafficking and QA ads and, um, Reporting and all these things. It's like all the little tons of little tasks that they're doing all day. We basically build a number of different tools to automate, you know, uh, not all those tasks, but, um, a number of those different tasks.

Q I like how it's integrated into the intercom ecosystem, like, the problem that it's solving, um, So, so congrats on the acquisition. Uh, six figures out of that. Uh, now you have another startup that you're focusing on. Um, if you were going to give any tips, um, to founders that are looking to get acquired on Microquire, um, what would be like the main, like two that you'd give?

A Um, first tip we kind of talked about, which is, I think you need to have, you need to have sort of a strategy going into it of like, um, what am I trying, like, what am I trying to do right now? Like what, and what am I, what terms am I not okay with basically? Like, where do I draw the line versus just going into it? Like, oh, I wonder what I'm going to get. Let's just see what happens. Like, I think I know it's important to kind of like have that, like, Already, you know, talk to your co-founder or whatever it is, and just be like, this is what we're okay with. These are what we're, you know, these are the terms we're not okay with. Let's go into it and just, and, uh, and look for that sort of thing. And you can be upfront with people too, and like not waste your time. Cause there's going to be a lot of like people reaching out, requesting info. It's like, I don't want to waste my time or their time. So just get those terms out of the way. It's like, if you're not here, um, With, with the terms, like we're not interested in, in doing anything at all.
