This episode carries Kiren Sekar's own address, with nobody on the show putting questions to them. It still counts as said, and it is kept out of every score on their page.

Kiren Sekar, Chief Product Officer at Samsara, explains internal product development feedback loops used to discover feature requests and new product lines directly from users.

“First is we actually put a button in every page of our dashboard. It's called the feedback button. It's on the bottom left side. And any user of the system can hit that button and give us a suggestion that basically captures the context of what they're doing in the app, as well as their notes, and it goes to our entire product and engineering team in a Slack channel. So at any point, you can log into that Slack channel and basically see a fire hose of what users are asking for.”
