“A lot of people have said, you know, why don't you go offer payroll? Because if you have the payroll yourself, then it would be a lot easier. You could be the one-stop shop. I said, I, you know, I can see how that would be beneficial to our margins and our NRR. I'm not clear on how that gets us faster to building an amazing healthcare system that is founded in the principles of free markets and individual choice. And so, although it makes sense for us as a business, it actually doesn't get us closer to that place that we're trying to go.”
