You know, they're crawling the web and using either old data or modern data or more relevant data to give you the answers they give you, and when they don't have the answer to a real-time question, they go to the web, and so it's being used in both their index, and it's also being used for real-time interactions, and then, you know, most of the interactions with a small business being contacting them, submitting a contact form, Booking an appointment, purchasing a product.
