The Exchanges

Every argument clarity score on this site is built from rows on this page. Each question and answer was assessed with names hidden, the host's own answers included, on four things from 1 to 5: directness (does it answer the question asked), coherence (do the ideas follow), precision (concrete details and clear references), compression (says a lot per word). The weighted mix (30/30/25/15) is the exchange score. A person's published score averages their exchange scores on raw tape only, at least 8 of them, shrunk toward the cohort mean. Full method →

Jake Paul no published score: only 2 usable exchanges on raw tape, and a fair score needs 8+ record → ← everyone

Every exchange below was scored with names hidden, four dimensions each from 1 to 5. An exchange's score is 0.30·directness + 0.30·coherence + 0.25·precision + 0.15·compression. The published score averages the raw tape exchange scores and shrinks small samples toward the cohort mean, so five great answers can't beat twenty good ones. Produced feed rows count only toward coarse estimates, never toward a full score.

Q We kind of looked up to the future as like this really exciting thing. And obviously, like you said, a lot of people want to be YouTubers partially because you're influenced, which is, which is not, it's not bad, but, but should they be all trying to be influencers? Should they be trying to be more like Palmer? Like, like, like how should people be, be looking up to things?

A Yeah, no, I think people should do what they're good at and not try to like be something right. Like the reason why I've stayed At the top of the creator game is because I was good at it since eight years old. I picked up the camera and me and my brother made a whole like comedy Video and the whole school was like playing it. The teachers were like, wow, this is amazing. Our parents were like, this is funny. And it was like our first couple of videos. So I think people should do what they're good at and not just like have their eyes set on, on being an influencer, even though it is the number one job that people want to become these days. Um, and I understand the reason why everything's on our phones, everything's social media. They're being influenced by the streamers. They, Streamers have Lamborghinis in the houses, and the girls, and all of this stuff, and the young kids' bright eyes, they're like, I want that. So, um, but, but are you entertaining? Do you have something to add? Do people want to watch you? Are you actually good at it? Do you have a personality? Um, so I think people should do, do what they're good at, and what they, what they love, um, because that's how it stands the, the test of time.

Q start dozens of companies, but if I was put them in this particular case, if my face wasn't all of them, they wouldn't actually be doing as well. Cause you need the people there to be like, The owners, you know, need them to be the winners. You guys doing a lot in AI as well, which I love. I think you helped launch Sora with OpenAI. Is that true?

A Yeah, correct. Yeah. We worked with their team, uh, for a couple of months, just helping them develop the, the product and the idea of like what it would even be. And it started from just like chatting with, with Sam and identifying that there was a gap for a potential social media, new social media app. Um, and so just use all my expertise of being a creator and utilizing these apps for so long, like 15, 16 years now. Um, and the psychology around like how people interact, what kind of content they want, all these different things. And, um, and then I, yeah, granted my, uh, name image and likeness to be the, the, the first, um, Do we have some funny images of him?
