Subhash Chandra Garg is a former 1983-batch IAS officer who served as India's Economic Affairs Secretary, Finance Secretary, and Executive Director at the World Bank. Following his voluntary retirement in 2019, he became an active economic policy commentator and author of books including The $10 Trillion Dream, We Also Make Policy, and No, Minister.
