Scott Crouch co-founded Mark43 in 2012 while studying electrical engineering at Harvard University, developing cloud-native records management and computer-aided dispatch software to replace antiquated police systems. He served as the company's Chief Executive Officer for over a decade before transitioning to Chairman of the Board.
