Skonnard co-founded Pluralsight in 2004, bootstrapping it before guiding its 2018 IPO and subsequent $3.5 billion take-private sale to Vista Equity Partners in 2021. Beyond his corporate career, he co-founded the tech non-profit Silicon Slopes and authored developer reference books, including Essential XML Quick Reference.
