“I would say an empty calendar is a red flag to your point. They're not outbounding. They're not booking any meetings. They're not meeting with their SDR. They're not meeting with their sales engineer. They're not meeting with their CSMs. So I think an empty calendar would be a huge one. And two I think if someone's really ramping and going all in, they are asking me so many questions. Like if they're not peppering you with questions, if they're not peppering their onboarding buddy with questions, if they're not posting in channels, then like, Hey, I was reading this. I was listening to this call. Could someone walk me through this? Then I know they're not actually trying to deeply engage with the material and internalize it. And that to me is a huge red flag. So yeah, an empty calendar and no questions.”
