And all they do is talk about all the things that are wrong and all the cracks. And if you live in that echo chamber, you're going to be too quick to label them negative Nelly and want to push them out of the organization because they don't believe all, you know, they don't just see the positive. But the reality is they roll up their sleeves every night, and they stay there till the end, and they're super trying to fix the problem as well, and they are some of the most valuable people on the team. And so entrepreneurs make this mistake over and over and over again. As you start to have some sort of scale, you push the people out who are showing you the things that aren't working in your own company and are willing to stick around and fix.”
