Zip co-founder Rujul Zaparde reflects on organizational lessons learned from observing high-growth tech company scaling dynamics.
“It's so important to have the right incentives for your team members, because you don't want to create situations where you have a lot of people that, ah, were hired because maybe some people wanted to, you know, build up their functions or teams, and there wasn't maybe the best justification for them, And then, of course, you can't blame a certain, you know, designer for wanting to build something because they were literally hired, and so they have to produce something. You don't want, as a company, to have that much self-inflicted pain.”
