A For various reasons, not just because nobody speaks for us. Officers from Karnataka corridor do not like to go to the centre. Forget about us insiders, even the outsiders who have come here, like from other states, like generally it is, ah, out of every four posts, three positions will be held by the outsiders, and one position is given to the insiders, that is the home state persons. Mainly because the cadre is such that it is a very good cadre, cadre management is very good. The differentiation between the outside officers and inside officers is not much.
