“And I think post COVID, especially in the media relations space, it's been tough to get back into the swing of how it used to be. And remembering that editors are at home, you know, they're not at their desks. They're getting all sorts of packages from PR firms and publicists, you know, at their house. Like try our product, you know it's really turned the media relations world a little bit on its head for a while. It's become harder to reach folks in general, but also the competition is super fierce because there's so many new companies and so many brands out there in every single sector.”
