“You can't just show up on your first meeting and go, Hey, trust me, right? You've got to build that trust. And so there are a few different ways. One they'll say is, you know, make sure you're getting to know each other to your respective board members, your colleagues not just in the boardroom outside the boardroom. You know, meeting them for a drink or going out for dinner, like making sure that you get to know who they are as a person, because then you can be very effective.
