It's the application of how you tune the models and the fact that you're building a tech layer between the customer and tech abstraction layer between the customer and this data sets, which are fragmented, frankly speaking. Sometimes they're even handwritten in many cases. So it's the ability to digest that data set in a digital fashion and apply that data set towards the outcomes. That's where the mode comes in.
