“I find it very funny that when I go into a company of, let's say, 60 people, A lot of times if they have an argument with Scrum, they'll say, Scrum has so many rules, and so many restrictions, and so many things you have to do. I think it's way too restrictive for us. When I go into a company of 60,000 people, they say, Scrum has no rules, Scrum has no restrictions, people can do whatever they feel like. And I realized this is nothing more than a difference in perception. That's really all it is based on where that company is and its life cycle and what they have been doing.”
