“I think, for me, one of the things that I don't like about the mechanics of this model is there's constant churn with the direct-to-consumer model, right? And it's like, you graduate, okay, I no longer need this, and then now you have to go and get the next cohort of people who are going to graduate soon. So it's like, Just to get back up to the level of last year, you have to put in a lot of effort, and then some to grow, and for me, I just feel like that kind of growth pattern is really hard, so I'm out.”
