So you can go directly to Upwork and say, uh, I have 200 dollars for the first person that has a list of 10,000 agency owners. I don't want you to go out and scrape these. I want someone that already has these. And I'll pay you 200 bucks for them. So there's your first list. You have your first 10,000 contacts to reach out to. Then you're gonna go over.
