Every argument clarity score on this site is built from rows on this page. Each
question and answer was assessed with names hidden, the host's own answers included, on
four things from 1 to 5:
directness (does it answer the question asked), coherence (do the ideas follow),
precision (concrete details and clear references), compression (says a lot per word). The weighted
mix (30/30/25/15) is the exchange score. A person's published score averages their exchange
scores on raw tape only, at least 8 of them, shrunk toward the cohort mean.

Q And, uh, can, can you share, right, uh, how has the industry bonded to these products, right, when you first launched, and how has these products grown over the years?
A Yeah, so XVigil was a very, Like I said, right, it was a word of mouth sort of thing, right? We got the first customer, the customer told this to 10 of their vendors, uh, from there, you know, it, it was, it was like growing in a gradual pace. But with Bivigil, the growth was, it's kind of like crazy, by the way, right? I mean, when we launched, we had almost, um, 5000 apps, data sets, and almost, uh, hundred plus users, right? Uh, every month, that user base and the number of apps which are getting scanned is at a, at a two X rate, right? So today, we have half a million apps scanned, and we have almost, uh, 5000 plus corporate users on, on the platform. Right. And, uh, and we are expecting this to touch, uh, um, a lack users, a hundred K users in total. And we would expect that to have almost 10,000 plus, uh, corporate users signed up to the platform.

Q And why is not government monitoring Darkweb or taking action against it?
A It, taking, monitoring is possible. Many of them are doing, some of them are, government are our customers as well. Taking action is very difficult because You can't, like I said, right? It's not a central system where the government can just say, you know, cut. They can't, they can't take down things from there. It's impossible. It's the same like, why can't you take down the Bitcoin, uh, network? It's not like a central, uh, database. It's sitting on multiple people's computers and the Tor will give you access. So the Tor protocol is very interesting. You know, it kind of, You know, it, it actually routes your data through multiple nodes and exits to the final destination. So it's very difficult to even track who is running those websites in the end. Yeah.

Q In Jamtara? What is Jamtara, for example, for our audience?
A So this is actually a place in the country, a state, a city in the country, everyone will specifically go mention where a lot of scam happen. I mean, scams originate, not happen. Scams originate. I mean, you know, you would see people creating fake call. Okay. So they'll go to Twitter or any of the social media pages and say, this is the customer care number of OLA. Now, anyone who has an OLA revences, they'll go to Twitter and say, I have an OLA, I have a bad issue with OLA. These guys will immediately go say, Hey, I'm calling from OLA customer support. Call me on this number. Poor people will call and this is not all our every bank has this problem. Every consumer facing company has this problem. Now the poor guy will call this number. These guys will play all the auto-tune in the background pretending like make them pretend that is actually the customer support re-reach. They'll even make them you hold for a few minutes and like, Hey, hi, what happened? And you explain the problem. They'll say, okay, fine. I'll just send you an OTP. Just send the OTP to verify you. And then they'll trigger an OTP request. To make a transaction from your account.

Q And was Bitcoin cryptocurrency also involved in, in this?
A Yes. So there are other, so then, you know, then what happened was When the cops tracking, tracking these people down, by the way, moving money out is the most important thing, right? In some cases, what we have seen is that they were buying crypto coin, Bitcoins, um, not buying actually, to be honest, uh, they were scamming users, pretending to be giving them job offers. They reach out and think they have a part-time job and you give them a job. First, what they, what they do is they say there's a job. And they enroll. They do a job and they pay money also. They pay them 5000 rupees or something. So now the trust is there. Now you say that you want to do advanced level job, buy bitcoins worth one lakh rupees, invest in this business, and you can make more money. Once they establish the trust. So that way they, individuals are converting money to bitcoins, and then they were getting siphoned out as well. But so many things that way.

Q And Rahul, what's, what's your vision for, for CloudSec for? In terms of AR, in terms of capabilities you want to solve, in terms of regions that you want to expand to?
A We are going from a hundred customers to, um, uh, one, we're gonna go from a hundred. To two 50 customers, you know, uh, this year, this financial year. Um, from there, we want to go from two 50, uh, to 400 customers the other year. So within two years, we'll grow, we'll reach close to 400 customers. Um, and we have a way of, we have a very scalable way of doing it, right, with, uh, with Vivigil and the way we are operating right now. Um, we're getting a lot of incoming leads right now. We have customers now in Brazil, right, who's signing up. Well, we have customers from South Korea, right, who have now, you know, signing up to our free platforms and then Are coming on board. So that is what we will focus on, um, this year. Regions, we have almost 22 plus countries identified, which we think, uh, we need to establish a strong presence. There's always leads. We have customers in other regions also, but, but we will not spend enough Efforts there. These are the regions we will focus. Um, and because each of these region, we think eventually can have a revenue potential of, uh, of more than a million, right? Eventually, uh, within an year, and then eventually it can grow into a five million to ten million in revenue. Um, so that is how we have, um, identified these regions and, uh, that's how we'll be executing.

Q And if you could summarize, right, how could other entrepreneurs who could learn from this conversation help build that strength and weakness graph and then implement it in their organization for decision making?
A So, in fact, I was actually thinking of publishing this, uh, this, this system. Um, but, um, how would I? No, but the point I'm trying to make is, um, This, the system of decision making is very important. You need to document it because you are going to always be stuck. A lot of time will be gone because you are not able to make the decision fast, right? Once you have written these down, you are very clear on your decisions. And you can make those quick decisions, right? Um, and which is very important in a startup. If you're just spending many days to make a decision, uh, then you're not a fast moving startup. So having this organized, put it down together as a doc would be very, very, uh, very simple thing, right? Should I take risk with something or should I minimize risk? What is that one thing? Should I take a higher risk? Well, you can take the higher risk in terms of a product functionality, but you can't take a high risk in terms of a hiring. You can have more engineers in your team because they are always building new things. So even if you spend a lot of money there, it still gives you long term. So, so should I, how do I decide what is my long term and my short term investments? Right. That is also a decision.
