“I think one of the most important things is to remember that even if we're interacting with each other only online, we're still embodied human beings. And so some of the things you could do there are to insist, if you're having a brainstorm or you're doing some kind of prototyping session, have people build in three dimensions. Even if that's happening, I'm in my living room and you're in your home office, we can still have a similar experience. Maybe we have the same set of materials in front of us. And that also helps you build those bonds, even though you're physically separated.”
