“I think having a really deep and shared understanding of the role of the committee is critical. And in some cases, those have been, I've been involved in committees where there is a very active involvement in the portfolio composition. In others, it has been the hiring of an investment team who are responsible, and then the role, the importance of the committee is to do the essentially strategy, asset allocation, as well as continuing to oversee and engage with the people who are full-time on the portfolio. Investment decision making. So I think that actually having clarity about the role of the committee and the responsibility is the most important.”
