“Well, they definitely help with their network introductions and generally just being a cheerleader of what you do on a day to day basis. What maybe people are surprised, or at least my perception of what maybe they're not as helpful with is no one's going to know your business as well as you do, especially as a founder or even as like a senior level exec. And so I think you often look to investors to say, Hey, I have this problem in my business. How should I solve it? And you end up finding that, you know, the solution. Tremendously better than any investor is getting to know the solution for your own business, and so I'd say I think investors are really good for helping you get out there, meet people, build out a network, but trust your own judgment on the actual company.”
