And especially as the CEO or as the founders, you can only have so many people reporting to you. So you end up having to bring on these new additional skill sets that become more important as the company grows. And you have to find homes for the people that were really valuable at the early stages, but their skill set hasn't scaled to take into account what the company needs now as it's kept growing.”
