“The other is, third is actually it takes patience. It takes the growth curve, looks more like step function versus a linear curve. You get frustrated that demand looks flat for a period of time, and we see this often. And then suddenly the demand jumps. You get all excited, and then it flattens out. It's just a roller coaster, right? And I think there's a correlation. The quantity of good supply drives demand.
