“I would say this is a five year problem. And I say that because if you go back and think about the physics With which these companies are getting built, the companies we're building, you have to put these teams together and they have to go get some customers they can demonstrate progress on. Then they have to start accelerating growth. Only after a few years of that, do you start to make a dent in the industry enough that it becomes a problem. And so just the diffusion has of technology has its own physics. So it's not immediate, but I, but five years is also not a long time. And so what I'm seeing is that these companies are going to, enough of them are going to start being successful in these different areas. And they're going to start impacting jobs in a material way.”
