Rujul Zaparde is co-founder and CEO of Zip. He responds to Harry Stebbings' question on how scaling companies can maintain operational speed.
“One, it has to come from you. You have to lead by example as a founder. Like, the founders have to lead by example. It bleeds into the rest of the company, and you have to reward that. You have to reward that, and call it out, and shout it out inside the company. Like, if somebody does something quickly, and like, they achieve some result, even if it doesn't work out, you should reward them for it, and you should make sure other people see that that happened and that they were rewarded for it.”
