“And sometimes you also have to make that ROI and value they're getting really, really explicit because some people will kind of just go through the motions and Know that the product is helpful, but may not realize to what extent. And so, whether it is, like, specifically how much time you've saved, or the fact that, like, you just actually reached way more people than you would have had you, like, gone with another way of communicating. I think you, it's also our job to make people feel those things explicitly as well as implicitly by solving the core problem as well.”
