“I think one thing that we did a really good job of early on, and it was a strategic decision, but it was building a hub and spoke type model where we knew we were going to be a global company from day one because we were born Right. Started in Romania and expanded to APAC, EMEA, and the likes. But we tried to place offices around a leader. Daniel is based in New York, so we have, you know, a lot of leadership in New York. London's a really great hub for us, and EMEA, Tokyo, and Japan. So we've got people spread in a bunch of different places, but we've got kind of a localized HQ for each one of those regions, where we have leadership plazans, where we have specific functional teams behind those individuals, and that's been really helpful.”
