I think that especially at the early stages, you want to have people that are going to respond to you. And of course people have weekends and, you know, I totally get that. And you want to respect people's weekends and time off. But if you're texting someone, obviously something is really, really important. Maybe, you know, your app is down or your software is down or so I think having, having your core crew being able to respond to texts quickly is helpful.”
