So if you're an independent broker, you know, I mean, we use the word kind of loosely because really I'm an agent, but in the commercial realm, we call those brokers, right? Because we're brokering a deal. But, uh, we have a dedicated person who's taking a look at every property that hits the market. Right. Every single day, every single moment. So if you're independent, not working with a team, you may not have that luxury as a buyer to have that one agent be just focused on looking for a deal for you. Right.
