Cuemath founder Manan Khurma argues that modern education must abandon one-size-fits-all classroom models in favor of individualized, adaptive learning.
“First, we have to move away from this traditional one size fit all approach, you know, where like this one teacher is working with 40 students at a time and so on. I think this is, we are entering an era of hyper-personalization and hyper-customization where your target audience is a set of one. You know, you have to optimize for a single kid. What that single kid likes, what their interests are, what their current proficiency levels are in different things, and so on. You have to be able to build systems that personalize and adapt and customize to a student at that level rather than a cohort of students.”
