Rohit Anand explains the psychological advantage of using third-party intermediaries to negotiate competitive bidding deadlines during company acquisitions.
“So that can be best told by a third party. Because, you know you're always a bit nervous. You know, you were selling your first company. You know, you're talking to somebody in the transaction team or the M&A team of a large company. Do you tell that with that kind of confidence? But the, when the other guy is running the process, he's going to just run it and say, listen, guys, this is the way we are running the process. This is the structure. This is the thing. Come on. You know, it's either, either you're there or you're not there. Right. So there's no emotion in that. There's no emotion. And I think that makes it so much easier, particularly I think for first time entrepreneurs getting the right kind of professional support is something that I would absolutely, absolutely advise.”
