“What I've found is pretty effective is to address it in the call. So what I'll do is I'll address the trade-off. So I'll say, so here's what that means. By focusing on this, what that means is that this area, where we actually know how to improve it, and we have a bunch of good ideas, and maybe even two things that are in flight, we're actually just not going to do any of those, and we're going to accept mediocre progress here for exceptional progress here.
