Galloway: Companies should target 8% to 12% annual employee turnover
“Generally the way we evaluate culture through a shareholder lens, quite frankly, is retention. And that is, you should have eight to 12% turnover a year. And if you have a lot more than that, something's wrong with the culture of the compensation.”
