Q take one of those folks that, that, you know, spend a number of years learning physics, um, and to the extent that you need to retrain them, is there a real difference in terms of quality between a PhD student that has gone through the entire process and completed his or her PhD and a master's student? A From what I've seen, yes. And I'm, clearly I'm biased, because I'm, I'm working with a bunch of PhDs, but I've also, but in speaking with a lot of hiring managers, the answer I've heard is yes. Uh, and the reason is the, the, that underlying skill set of, in data science, you often don't know what questions to ask. And, and being creative around asking questions and knowing whether you've hit a right answer is, it, is something that is hard to learn in courses, which is at the master's level, most of what, The only thing you've been doing is courses and sort of homework sets. And it, and the, the real way you learn that is through experience. And there's nothing that teaches you how to do that well than, ah, not graduating unless you find that insight in the data of your, you know, physics experiment. So.
