Like you start off small, like with one author and with low fidelity writing these things, and then you start to share them with, you know, small group and get feedback and improve it. A wider group get feedback and improve it and onward and onward until, you know, depending on the size and scale of your company, you get up to the CEO as a way to strengthen, improve and really codify this idea and determine whether it's a great idea or not.”
