Dr. Sindhu Joseph, founder of CogniCore, responds to whether automated avatars should handle direct client communication in wealth management.
“That's one of the concerns that I have with, you know, robot advising and all that, like, you know, while AI can do a lot of it, I think, you know, humans have certain abilities, certain compassion, certain Empathy that can, you know, package all of this. Like, you know, we are great communicators from that standpoint, and we can, you know, we have certain sense that we can make sure that, you know, certain things are communicated, certain things are, should not be, and you know, how to package information. So I think humans should be the deliverer of information. And, you know, how to interact with that household and person while you know, AI does a lot of it.”
