“If there is one principle that I want people to take away from Ramayana, right, from the book, here is the concept of the Sugriva principle that I was referring to earlier, which is psychological safety. How are they building the openness culture within their teams, so that at the end of the day, they are making decisions based as the You know, the good of the organization. It's not just, you know, one point of view versus the other. It's basically about all the points of view coming together and making decisions in a, you know, sort of a very clear manner, right?
