“We do use a variety of different foundational models. But the way we've built them into the system just from day one has been with that safety in mind, and so ultimately, from a high level view, the way it works is when it's constructing a message that it wants to send, it's only using the information that the campaign provided to us. So we have a system called source points, and the campaign loads in those source points, And those are, those can be anything. It can be their stance on different issues or events coming up, and we feed those source points to the agent, and that's all it gets. It doesn't go and search the internet for anything. It doesn't have access to additional information.”
