“I think if you were to go with the route of dog grooming, I think a dog grooming brand is a great opportunity, but where you end up getting stuck is it requires very high skill talent. Dog owners are very particular about their dog's cuts. They expect someone to be really good and give their dog A very specific cut based on the specs that they ask for, but also because of that, you learn to love the groomer who cuts your dog really well. So I think building a brand where basically you can swap out any employee to do the exact same job becomes very difficult.”
