“Yeah, and I think, you know, generally speaking, I would expect the world to move towards flatter structures and much larger spans of control because like the communication and organization tax today is like night and day what it was 20 or 30 years ago. Like, so I think companies are still thinking in this like sort of industrial mentality where communication was very high friction. That doesn't make a lot of sense in terms of the way that companies are organized and operated today. So I would imagine that more people will move to much, much wider spans of control, much flatter organizations, and I think that'll be helpful.”
