“I do think in the early days, we tried to have a hundred percent generalist model. And philosophically, I love that. I think working on different things makes you a better investor. I think being generalist is more fun. And I also think and sense competition for capital in the portfolio that you really want. So philosophically, that was great. Operationally, that was hard to do, especially as the portfolio got more complex and more mature. So today we try to have something that's a little bit more of a hybrid and maintain the philosophy of generalism with having some areas of specialization in the portfolio.”
