“Personally love when I can have an insight and I can do it in four or five or six stocks. So I might be able to do it in a big company. If you go back over a decade, if implementing a bet on diabetes, you could do it with big companies, you could do it with small companies that had partnerships. So there's a lot of change happening in diabetes a decade ago, and how that was implemented in the portfolios. So that's my favorite way of investing, and that doesn't always happen, but it generally happens that if you have an insight into how something's changing, you can implement it in a way that allows you to actually have a bigger bat without undue risk.”
